Overview: A HK company/legal entity must prepare and file an Annual Return at least once every 12 months.  This document confirms general information about a registered company/legal entity on a certain date, ensuring that the details shown on the public record are correct and up to date.

Main specifications:

• The Annual Return confirms or changes the following data: Company name and registration number, Registered office address, Details of appointed officers (directors and company secretary), Principal business activities, Statement of capital, Trading status of shares, Shareholder information.

Purpose: File the Annual Return of a company/legal entity

Registering authority: the HK Trade Register

Term of registration: 2-3 working days

Personal presence: Not required
