Limited Partnership Registration
Overview: Limited Partnership – is a partnership incorporated by two or more members. The General partner oversees and manages the business while the Limited partner does not take part in managing the business and only contributes the capital. The General partner has unlimited liability for the debt while the Limited partner`s liability is limited to the amount of the contributed capital.

Conditions for registration:
- General partner – Minimum 1 (maximum – unlimited) natural/legal person of any nationality/jurisdiction
- Limited partner – Minimum 1 (maximum – unlimited) natural/legal person of any nationality/jurisdiction
- Registered office address in Hong Kong
Required documents:
- Passport or European ID card (for all associated persons);
- Proof of residential address not older than 3 months (for all associated natural persons)
- Extract from the Trade Register not older than 3 months (for all associated legal persons)
- Document, authorizing to use of the registered office address (Copy of the Rental Agreement, Authorization Letter from the Owner, Certificate on Property)
